3D Printing Flat Rate  –> $199

We’re not going to make any money doing this, but we hope to make new friends.

For a limited time, Capture Product Development is offering 3D prints of your CAD models at a low, flat rate of $199.  There are some limitations, of course.  3D print costs are highly sensitive to “build volume” or amount of material used, so we’ve put a cap of 30 cm^3 and 2.5″ as the longest dimension for our special.  You can check your part volume in your CAD program or just send the STL to us, we’ll check for you.

Even if it doesn’t qualify for the flat rate, we’re offering steep discounts as our introductory offer, so don’t hesitate to send for a quote.

Just send your quantity requirements and STL file to: quo...@capturedesign.com.

Some Info on Capture’s In-House 3D Printing

3D printing is the fabrication of physical objects from electronic 3D geometry files you create with CAD programs.  CapturePD has a network of partners who supply 3D prints of all types of materials and resolution, so if you have something special in mind, please write or call.

The special we’re running is for Capture’s in-house printing, which is done on a VFlash machine.  There’s only one type of material available with this printer, which is described here and looks like this:

Example of CapturePD 3D Print Material

Example of CapturePD 3D Print Object still on Support Frame and Build Pad

CapturePD's 3D Print Example - Small Handle and Nozzle - Support Structure "Nubs" Still to Be Removed

The VFlash isn’t suitable for all types of printing, so we’ll consult with you when you email us your STL file to find out how you’ll be using it.  We want to be sure you’re going to be happy.

So, go ahead, send us your STL file and we’ll get right back to you.  Get your 3D model printed in just a couple days!  (Please note that shipping is not included in the flat rate or turnaround time quoted.)

You can use our quote form or send your STL file here.  Make sure you specify how many parts you want.
